The British Baker is the result of my lifetime love of baking and home country, which has grown into a business focused on bringing joy and a taste of home to everyone.

My baking style is very eclectic and constantly evolving, from sweets to savouries; the humble shortbread to technical French Macarons; custom cakes to national holiday boxes, but the focus is always on the flavour!

I believe that your taste buds can take you on a trip down memory lane, make life taste a little sweeter, or provide comfort in harder times and my goal is always to bring a smile to your face.
